N. M. Holmes, III is the founder and owner of Hustle Hard Publications. Mr. Holmes is an author, poet
and activist for inmates. With the pending release of Mr. Holmes' debut novel, "Can't Knock the Hustle", the idea was
born to start his own publishing company that would also seek to assist men and women in prison with the opportunity at exposure
for their work.
Mr. Holmes has two authors under the banner of Hustle Hard Publication and is seeking other writers to add
to the publishing house.
It was while incarcerated on a five year penitentiary bid that Mr. Holmes stumbled upon his own gift as
a writer. Having no financial support from family or friends on the outside to provide for his daily needs, he entered a short
story writing contest. Holmes was awarded third place in "The Hear Me Project HIV/AIDS campaign 2006 contest" which inspired
him to write a full novel.
After only two months, Holmes completed his first full length manuscript and was given encouragement from
the Queen of Street Lit herself, Ms. Nikki Turner.
N. M. Holmes decided to take his destiny into his own hands and established Hustle Hard Publications.
So please enjoy the ride and witness the greatest underdog story unfold before your eyes as N. M. Holmes, III fights his way
to the top of the literature food chain bringing some of the hottest and thrilling writers of urban fiction along for the
ride!

Roxann Latimer is a TV producer, writer, poet, journalist, and artist. But her day job she
works as a Social Worker. Roxann is a native Californian, born and raised in Santa Monica, she lived in Los
Angeles for some years working as a social worker before migrating to San Diego, where she lived for ten years. "During the
time I lived in San Diego, I traveled to West Africa and Europe and started an import export business. I also taught journalism
for at risk youth through a program at San Diego State University." She and her mother also started a non profit agency that
began by housing homeless and battered women and today provides medical supplies and equipment to needing nations.
"I can remember writing and illustrating my own stories when I was five years old. My mother is
an avid reader and passed on the joy of reading to me. I read fiction, non fiction, history, mysteries, romance." Speaking
of romance, Roxann will admit to reading romance novels since the age of twelve. "Romance readers share their books with friends
and family. My favorite authors are Terry McMillian, Eric Jerome Dickey and E. Lynn Harris, but I cut my teeth on Jerome Robbins,
Jackie Collins, Judith Krantz to Danielle Steele. Today I read a little bit of every body. I love James Baldwin, I think he
was a master story teller. Toni Morrison moves me like Zora Neale Hurston. And my favorite poets are Niki Giovanni and Maya
Angelou. I still read romances and love a great many of todays contemporary authors." Recently Roxann's second novel, MURDER
MOST MYSTIC, a mystery romance was published and she is completing an inspirational romance and erotica novel and erotica
anthology.
"While I work daily with victims of crimes, writing and art are my God given talents.
But social work is so rewarding I am blessed to be of service. I have many stories in me to tell and many tales to weave.
I love the process of writing and having my books published is a dream realized!"
Roxann has also produced television series and documentaries for 8 years and she and Nathaniel are producing
urban genre television programming and DVD projects based on urban and erotica books.
